Confidential contact person

At TSHV SHOT we want to create a pleasant environment for everyone. Do you want to discuss something in confidence or have you experienced something unpleasant? Then you can always contact our confidential contact person Aniek Westerdijk. The confidential contact person has been trained by NOC*NSF.

What is the confidential contact person for?

Unpleasant things can happen in any environment, including at our hockey club. Examples of this are sexual harassment, assault, violence and aggression, but also discrimination, bullying, harassing and/or abuse of power. This can take place or have taken place within your team, in our club pub, but also outside of it. You can also contact the confidential contact person if there are situations with the board. If something is bothering you, you can always approach the confidential contact person for a conversation or advice.

How does the contact proceed?

The confidential contact person primarily has a sounding board function. You can tell your story to her and she will take you seriously. If you need it, she can then provide advice on possible next steps and look for a solution together. Actions are only taken in consultation with you and based on your needs. What is the confidential contact person for?

The confidential contact person is not an extension of the board and has an independent position. In addition, she does not engage in truth-finding. She will not investigate "the complaint", but she can support you and look for a solution together.
